Worse than windows ME?

OH YEAHHH!!!! Just when you thought you got vista to at least partially
work, new problems come to the poor users....

http://www.activewin.com/awin/commen...ineIndex=42557

I bet Bill Gates kids have complained to their daddy that their favorite
game or peripherial did not work when their daddy brought home vista....

Daddy, why doesn't anything work with Vista...

Gates: Shutup, nothing is wrong with Vista, ill buy you a new computer
tomorrow.

But what about my games that dont work?

Gates: youll get new games. Thats final, Vista works and if you say anything
bad about it, youll be grounded! No whining..
eat your vista and be quiet.

I think only a small number of users are affected by this. I've installed
SP1 build 18000 and it's running fine so I'm happy.

Exactly, no problems here either. What do people expect with beta? Do
they ever read the warnings?

This same people who are/will be complaining that Microsoft is not going to
be offering SP1 to the few via WU (Windows Update) because of driver issues
are the exact same people who would have been complaining that Microsoft
released SP1 with driver issues to the few via WU. Simple fact of life is
you can't please everyone no matter how hard you try so you shoot for the
majority......I sure am glad I am not Bill Gates I think I'd of gone postal
a long time ago hell I can't even get my 2 kids to be happy with one thing
let alone millions of people LOL.

I ran SP1 RC1 Refresh and had no issues at all.....the only reason I
uninstalled it was to diagnose an issue with a game I am having problems
with. (which by the way was not a SP1 issue).

Try Out Microsoft Windows Server 2008 RTM (Just As Soon As Microsoft
Releases A 180 Day Trial Version Of It On
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads), I Already Have It (It's Currently
Available On MSDN SD And Microsoft Tech Net Plus SD), And It's Much More
Stable Then Both Windows Vista RTM And Windows XP SP2 Combined, Just FYI.

P.S. I Am Now No Longer Alias #2, Instead, I Am Now The First Person To
Promote Windows Server 2008 RTM Over Both Windows Vista RTM And Windows XP
SP2, (A.K.A. Kevin #1), And Hopefully Frank Will Like Windows Server 2008
RTM Well Enough (When He Is Able To Get A Copy Of It), To Become Kevin #2,
Just FYI.

P.P.S. I Am Also Hoping That Spankey De Monkey And Alias Will Become Kevin
#3 And #4 As Well, But I Won't Hold My Breath On That One, Just FYI. Spankey
De Monkey Still Likes Windows Vista RTM, And Alias Still Likes Open Source
Linux Ubuntu 7.10 RTW, Just FYI.

You certainly like to look for trouble. You are egging on the people who
enjoy fighting with everyone else. So you changed your mind like people
change their underwear. (Which you should do some day). Do you know how
stupid you sound by issuing a blanket statement to Try Windows 2008 Server?
Why on earth would someone want to do that? So the Windows 2008 Server is
more stable. The server product is not for the users desktop. It is
designed for a completly different purpose. What about the cost? What
about software that is written for Server? Have you thought of that?
Probably not because you just can't think that far ahead.

If you don't like Vista and want to use Windows 2008 Server then Ubuntu then
Windows 2008 Server, then Ubuntu, keep wiping your system clean reinstall
OS's each and every week, that gives you something to do. Most people have
issues and want to get them solved. They don't have time to play with the
OS and wipe their machines clean each week like you do. It seems like you
have nothing better to do than whine and bitch about everything. Don't like
Vista? Go to Ubuntu. Go whine and bitch over there. Don't Like Clinton or
Obama, vote for Paul and Shut the F*&^ up.

You whine like a little baby and are an idiot. Oh yea, Just FYI

You really are an IDIOT. A DOLT - MORON, RETARD. Keep playing with Ubuntu,
Windows 2008 Server RTM, Vista, DOS, Ubuntu, Windows, Ubuntu, Just FYI.
That will give you something to do. Just FYI

Remember to capitalize the first letter of each word. Just FYI

Just FYI - Just For Your Information, just in case you DIDN'T think that
this post was for information, but guess what, Douche Bag, all posts relay
information. Some good (like this one) and some bad (like yours)

Just FYI

Just FYI
