SP1 will not install

I keep getting prompted to install SP1 when i try it fails everytime and give
out the failure code 8024200D.I have tryed things like checking memory and
hard disk but no luck.So its over to you lot the experts Help.

The error message 8024200D indicates that an important windows update that
is required before installing SP1, has not been installed.



Read the following article and make sure that you have all of the required
updates before you try to install SP1.
