SP1 Server 2003 causes hd speedup-speeddown...

It is as if my hd had not enough power so it speeds up and down and the
write/read head seems to go in park-position and then reads a few bytes and
goes into park-position.

After installing an old image. Everything is allright. No diskerror.

It's caused by SP1!

Anybody else with this problem?
