SP1 Update & Explorer 7 Crashes

Hi All, I have been experiencing lots of errors & freezing and need to
update the SP1 pack. I also am having trouble with explorer 7. It stops
working and I have to start it again when it does this.

I am hesitant to install the SP1 pack as I may experience a problem. I have
an upgraded version of Home Premium. Has anyone had any problems with
installing the SP1 Pack?

I thought I saw a phone # to call if I have a problem, but now I can't find
it. I upgraded to Visat almost 1 yr. ago and up until the last 2 mos. or so
it ran much better than XP on my PC. All feedback is appreciated. Thank you
in advance.
