Sp1 Update for Office 2007

I can download the update but when I try to install it doesn't know what
program to
associate it with. I am running Office 2007. I have downloaded this twice
and that is what happens when I try to install. Any ideas why this is
happening. Bruce

Where did you download it from?
What's the file extension?

The file I downloaded was "office_2007_update_sp1_EN.img" I downloaded it
from Microsoft.com.
