SP1 Vista 32 Ultimate Update gets error 8007371B

Hi, I have tried all the "fixes" that has been suggested so far in this forum.
The KB947821 etc. Have made sure that all drivers are the newest.
I have tried the windows update version and the stand alone version of SP1,
both comes back with the same error Code 8007371b.
Disablet antivirus, killed all other applications to make sure that none
made the SP1 update fail but no succes.
Have a very clean Vista Ultiamte with few extra applications, have not used
the RC of SP1. HW is (to make it short) Gigabyte X38 MB, Nvidia 8800gts,
D-link Wireless, DVD-RW is of the SATA type.

So the question is, do anyone have any suggestion what can fix the 8007371
error beside the ones suggestet so far ?

See if Windows Update is now offering the above update to the machine. If
not, download/install it manually using the download links in the KB
article.

I have already done this twice. This dont help. Here is a copy of my

Registry Easy cleaninging
Memory Diagnostics Tool (no errors)
Run Chkdsk (no errors)
Uninstalled all Nero sw.

Then I'd recommend that you...
