SP1 Wont Install Help Needed

Hi
When i try to install Service Pack 1, it does what it is supposed to do, but
suddenly I get this message just poping up saying that "The file
c:windows\system32\drivers\atapi.sys is open or in use by another
application." "Close all other applications and then click Retry."

I have turned off all of my Anti-Virus applications, every other application
that says is running, and i click Retry but it doesnt seem to work. If
someone could help me it mean a great deal to me. Thankyou.

Hi

This error message can be caused by virtual drives software.

If you are using any virtual drives, for example Daemon Tools or
Alcohol's virtual drive, then you must disable them, and in the case
of Daemon Tools uninstall the program.

Alternatively, try to rename the file before (or while) you
install the service pack:

When the installation complains about Atapi.sys and asks you to
"Retry" or "Cancel", simply go to Windows/System32/Drivers and
rename Atapi.sys to whatever. Then go back to the installation
and select "Retry" - the installation should then complete.
