SP1a install from CD. No Wizard

I copied the download SP1a (for network installation) to a CD and carried it
to my PC that only has dial up. It self extracts just fine, but then does
nothing. There is no Set Up Wizard to do the rest of the install. What can I
do now?

You may have a bad download and need to download and burn to CD again.

Also follow the Service Pack Installation checklist:

Change the obvious since you are installing SP-1 instead of SP-2.

Why are you installing SP-1 instead of SP-2?
