SP1a no Set Up wizard

I'm trying to install SP 1a from a CD I made of the download. It self
extracts just fine, but then stops. There is no Set up wizard to finish the
install.
What can I do now?

I suggest doing the download again, extracting it again, and then burning
the results onto CD, so that you CAN get to the wizard.

Pretend that you cannot burn it at all, and that you must unpack it.
