sp2 access denied Error

i have tried several times to install sp2. But always get the Error window
"access Denied".
any ideas what this might be??

I was unable to install Vista Service Pack 2 until I turned off my Commodo Firewall and Avast
anti-virus. After shutting them both down I was able to download and install Service Pack 2 without any further problems. Hope this helps.
