SP2 - "Access Denied"

Half way through the SP2 download (about 15 min.) I get the error message
"access denied" and the update uninstalls the progress it has made. Is this
something to do with my settings?

I don't think it's your settings, it seems for the past few days everyone has
had problems with the update downloads. If I may make a suggestion,
regardless of the speed of your processor or the connection (Broadband,
Cable) SP2 is a slow process. Request from Microsoft that a SP2 disc be
mailed to you. It's alot faster, especially the next time you wipe your hard
drive clean. Good Luck
