SP2 AND 64 BIT CHIPS

Have 64 bit athlon 3200 in one computer. Stuck in continuos reboot
when installing sp2 and had to uninstall.

I just built a new computer w/64 fx 55 chip and everything went great
until I installed Lotus 123 Millinium. Immedietly stuck in reboot!
Uninstalled 123 and was still stuck in reboot. Solved problem by
booting to last good config. in safe mode.

went back to 3200 based computer and uninstalled lotus and had no
problem installing sp2.

Dont know what causes the conflict, didn't have Approach or any other
lotus software installed. I switched to open office about a year ago
so only used 123 to view old reports and could afford to leave it out
with little dificulty.
