SP2 and Level 2 cache 1 meg p4 2.8e

New computer with 1meg cache on P4 2.8 will not load
windows after service pack 2 is installed. Turn level 2
cache off and it loads after a while. Is there a problem
with SP2 and a Intel chip with 1 meg cache?

Fixed, After talking to MS and checking Intels site I
double checked to make sure MB had current bios. Not. So
updated new boards bios and all is well. Something to do
with that 1 meg cache.
