SP2.CAB????

I'm trying to install SP2 and it keeps telling me it can't locate the file
SP2.CAB. I'm assuming it didn't come thru with the download, but I cannot
re-download the package. Please help.

Cannot install Service Pack 2

The above article will inform you of which logs to check for error
messages. Post back with any that you locate in the logs.

At the top of that page there are recommended steps one should take
prior to installing SP2. Please check them out, and the ones suggested here:
