This is also the one to use if you are downloading from a different machine to
the one you are updating. From Microsoft's point of view, that counts as
"multiple systems"!

In order to install SP3, you need either SP1 or SP2.
If his machine has a functional internet connection, Windows Update should
provide everything he needs.
If you're downloading it for him, get the IT professional download for SP3. If,
and only if, he doesn't have SP1, then get the IT professional download for SP2
as well.
