SP2 caused multifunction printer to not recognize scan to email op

I just updated and istalled SP2 but now my HP software does not communicate
or recognize my e-mail program. I can't scan to e-mail anymore. Please help.
I also can't uninstal my printer. Files are missing, it says not enough
memory on hard drive???
