While I agree that SP2 can cause a lot of problems, it's generally due to
either hardware/driver incompatibilities or underlying problems that existed
before you installed SP2. Neither of these is really Microsoft's problem.
If Samsung doesn't offer a new driver that will work with SP2, and has no
plans to, that's kind of their issue, isn't it?
Did you check Palm's support site for SP2 issues with your version of Palm
Desktop/Hotsync? Try updating to the latest versions of both?
