SP2 causing CD Burner problems

I installed Service Pack 2, and afterwards neither of my CD burner programs
wokred. I re-installed Roxio and Sonic, but I kept getting a generic error
at the end of the burn. When I uninstalled Service Pack 2, the problem went
away. Any ideas how I can install Service Pack 2 and not disrupt my CD
burner?

When I tried re-installing the programs while I had SP2, I got the error
"this program is not compatible with this version of Windows." That also
went away when I uninstalled SP2.

Have you checked with Roxio or Sonic about SP-2 issues and/or patches?

No, I didn't realize installing a patch or service pack would make some of my
current software incompatible.

Thank you,
Adam

Not always, but sometimes.
Especially with something as large as a Service Pack.
