SP2 Causing Internet Explorer "Jumping"

Hi, Ever since installing winXP SP2, Internet Explorer has acted strange when
online. Every couple minutes, the screen "jumps" and then I have to reclick
the mouse button for the cursor to work again or to continue tying. Is there
something in the new Security Center doing this? Is there something I need to
turn off? Thanks

Hi Bobby9145, I have had exactly the same problem but I haven't installed
winXP SP2. My internet provider is AOL and they have no answer either.

Could be the mouse.

Had a mouse issue after sp2, the cursor was moving by itself.
I solved my problem in control panel\mouse\pointer options\ uncheck
enhance pointer precision.You might try looking in the wheel options if you
have them or any scrolling options may it will help.
