This is a Level 100 session that will be presented by Charlie Russel. For
home users and those who help home users in the online community.

Charlie Russel is an independent Windows MVP and a well-known participant
helping people learn about computing in the online community. He has been a
Windows XP Expert Zone Community columnist since the release of Windows XP.
Charlie will provide a series of Live Meeting presentations to help you
understand how to obtain Service Pack 2 and successfully install it on your
computer. He will also tell you where to receive help in the online
community, and how to help others install SP2.

This Support WebCast discusses the latest security updates and innovations
that are available in Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2). It tells
you how to establish stronger security settings that can help defend your
home computer against viruses, malicious users, and worms. The session also
talks about the unique new security features that Service Pack 2 provides
that are designed to make it easier for you to protect your computer.
