SP2 Disk & Fax Console Set-up

Do I have to buy a copy of the SP2 disk in order to enable the fax console on
my pc? I can't seem to find a fix or download anywhere and SP2 is already
installed via a download from Microsoft but without the fax stuff... What is
the solution?

Did you download the 272 MB SP2 file or just install SP2
from Windows Update?
Do you have any Windows XP Genuine CD?

Are you using Add/Remove Program--Windows Components to add
the fax service?

Thnak You for your comments.

SP2 was dowonloaded from Windows update.

Add/Remove was not utilized in connectionwith teh fax console.

Do we need to buy teh SP2 disk from Microsoft???
