SP2 done but asked for again & fails

Error codes 80072EFE & 80200010 not in help. Where do I find these? Online
help not working. I've kept antivirus up as well as Windows updates. Dell's
help marginal, Earthlink useless. I just want to use this system - not spend
forever maintaining it.

0x80072EFE ERROR_INTERNET_CONNECTION_ABORTED

The connection with the server has been terminated.



0x80200010 BG_E_NETWORK_DISCONNECTED

There are currently no active network connections. Background Intelligent Transfer
Service (BITS) will try again when an adapter is connected.
