SP2 Dowload Problem from the Windows Update Site

This problem looks like it can be solved easily but i've
tried almost everything. I want to download the sp2
update from the windows update website, but when i click
the install button, a dialog box pops up telling me that
i have chosen to skip all available updates. And that no
changes were made to my computer. My automatic update
settings are to the recommended setting. I can't find a
way to get this to even download. If someone can help me
please send a reply to my email address.

Please let me know what you find out. I am getting the same problem.
