SP2 download ok but while installing SP2 a file copy problem

I have downloaded SP2 but while installing I have problem with copying the
file FP4AVNB.dll .The Installer refuse to copy this file.So I have canceled
the installation and revert back.When I try again same error come out.

I have tried this but it has not worked for me. I continue to get the unable
to copy file error.
