Frankie,
First, enable hidden files and folders via Folder Options in the
Control Panel. Click the View tab, put a mark next to " Show hidden
files and folders ". REMOVE the marks next to " Hide extentsions for
known file types " and " Hide protected operating system files ".
Click Apply, OK.
Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\SoftwareDistribution\Download . Look for the
most recent folder. You can click View, Arrange icons by - Modified
to find it. This *should* contain the setup files for SP2. Delete
this folder and wait for the CD to arrive.
Take a look here for steps you should take to prepare the system for

The updates you see in Add/Remove Programs that say SP2 indicate
that they are now included in SP2. It does not indicate that SP2 is
installed. [Build 2600.xpsp2.030422-1633 : Service Pack 1] shows
that SP1 is installed, not SP2.
