SP2 in English on a Spanish original

The idiots who supplied computers to my school have sent them with XP Pro in
Spanish and refuse to change it.
I want to upgrade to SP2 and install the English version but MS keeps
changing the install to Spanish.
How can I install SP2 in English?

You can't.
If you need Windows XP in English, you need to buy Windows XP in
English.

If Windows XP Spanish is OEM, your only source for correction is the
seller since Microsoft does not support OEM.

If on a slight chance you were sold retail Windows XP, and you are in
North America, you can return Windows XP within 30 days:
