SP2 Error Message

After installing SP2, I get the following two error messages:

1. Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.

2. Dr. Watson Postmotem Debugger

These error messages occurs while in several different applications so I'm
not able to isolate to a specific application. My machine freezes up until I
go into the Windows Task Manager and end Drwtsn32.exe.

Has anyone experienced these error messages and know how to address this
issue?
