SP2 Failed Download

Error Code 8007F0CC

I have Windows XP Pro and Style XP installed. After 3 failed attempts to
install SP2, I opened Style XP and selected the Option to Reset the Boot.ini
file and selected the default XP Boot Screen. SP2 downloaded and installed
without a hitch!
