SP2 Fails trying to write winzm.ime

During SP2 installation I get a failure to write file on
winzm.ime.

I'm also getting "The file or directory C:\$Secure is
corrupt and unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility."

I've run chkdsk with the fix options turned on without
positive results.

Any help greatly appreciated. You may email me directly at
