SP2 Farce

It seems to me that Microsoft have caused many consumers to become annoyed
and frustrated at the SP2 online update.
Reading through many posts it would appear that the Auto Update process has
not been fully explained.
Surely a description of what to expect and how long it will take would have
set many minds at rest.
I`ll be waiting until I get a copy of SP2 on disc rather than wondering
when, and if, it will download.
(Meantime I`ll keep looking here to see what the latest concerns are!)

Couldn't agree more, so much NVA could have been avoided.
