sp2 force download

is there a way i can force sp2 to download as i have automatic updates on and
still havent got it

This has worked for me.

I download the :

Windows XP Service Pack 2 Network Installation Package for IT Professionals
and Developers.

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

Burn it to CD

And install it CD.

THAT IT.

The above post recommends trying following steps:
Right click My Computer
Click Properties
Click Automatic Update tab
Select "Automatic Recommended"
Click OK and follow prompts
