SP2 Help!!

I tried to install windows service pack 2, but I don't think it installed
right. I would uninstall it, but i can't get to my control pannel. Whenever I
click Start, and try to open "My Documents" or "Control Pannel" they wont
open!! Is there someback door I could use to uninstall the SP2, and why isn't
my control pannel opening up?
