sp2 - IE, messenger, outlook doesn't work

After i have install sp2, the IE, WMPlayer, Outlook
Express, and Messenger dosen´t access to the Internet.
However, other programs can access to the internet (like
mozilla, thunderbird, trillian and games).

I check the proxy configuration and is correct.

The message that appers in IE is:

"Internet Explorer could not open the search page."

If i uninstall the SP2 all works fine.
