SP2 install failure on small C: drive

Hello. I have downloaded SP2 using Automatic Updates, however the
installation fails saying not enough space on C: drive. I have my hard disk
partitioned two dynamic volumes, C: (2Gb) and F: (36Gb). I have approx 300Mb
spare on C: and about 30Gb free on F:. To try and save space on C:, I have
turned off Restore Points and also moved the paging file to F:. Is there any
way I can get the SP2 installation to utilise the space on the F: drive for
its temporary files instead of the C: drive? The only other option I can
think of is to use a third-party hard drive partitioning utility and increase
the size of C: by using spare space from F:.
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi

You will need to increase your C: disk.

I always recommend at least 10 GB for the partition where the OS is
installed to, preferably 15 GB, but with some tuning and cleanup now
and then, 7 GB should be feasible.
