SP2 Install

During installation of SP2, my computer gets to file backup portion and just
stops.
It will stay at this point for several hours and not progress pass this
point. It has done this twice for me and have had to cancel the procedure.
Should I delete the download and try again or just let the install go on for
as long as it needs?

Did you disable your anti virus' auto scan before proceeding with the
installation?
