SP2 Installation Error: dataspec.xml

I have Windows Professional SP1 on a Compaq laptop. When I try to
install SP2, I get an error message "unable to write file
dataspec.xml.

Any suggestions?

Hi

In a command prompt (run e.g. cmd.exe from Start/Run to open one):

Run the following command:

cacls.exe %windir%\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Config\dataspec.xml
