SP2 load personal settings hang.

I have a new Intell p4 3.2 Desk Top Computer with a G Force fx5200 Graphics
card on a Ashrock p4vt8 M Bd.The Computer is set up so that each family
member logs on to their own account.The computer was working perfectly untill
I installed SP2, since then The computer Freezes as it loads your personal
settings. Have down loaded & installed a newer graphics driver as sugested by
one contributer but the problem persists. Can you view and confirm each
device as it loads like win95 did in past. Or suggest a better method.

Same problem here! I had to unistall SP2 by booting with
the windows XP installation disk and press F3 to make a
restore. Then i had to type (with enter at the end of
each line ):
cd $NtServicePackUninstall$\uninst
batch uninst.exe
exit

Then in windows you must click start - execute and type cmd
then go in the $NtServicePackUninstall$\uninst directory
by typing
cd c:\windows\$NtServicePackUninstall$\uninst
uninst

and follow the instructions
hope it works (we never know)
