To update my 9/23 post - Reboot non-english. After uninstalling McAfee
Internet Security 5.0 my PC is back to running and rebooting fine. I have
DL'ed all current drivers for McAfee and windows and cleaned up everything I
can find with spywares and defrag. Upon reinstalling 5.0 I can get Virus Scan
up smoothly but the firewall will not re-install and again causes my PC to
reboot in non-english characters. I un-installed again and am considering
Zone Alarm and Avast. Any suggestions for McAfee or opinions on Z.A. or Avast?
