SP2 Network Connection Problem

Hello,

I have another Windows XP SP2 problem. I have the Sony PCG-XG-19 notebook.
It is running fine with SP1. I tried upgrading to SP2 and the computer boots
OK but the Network Connection Service Hangs on starting. So, this means that
the Firewall service will not start because it depends on the Network
Connection Service and I can not configure any of the Network options, etc.
;Any thoughts?

Also, I uninstalled SP2 and reinstalled SP1. In Control Panel and I still
see the Firewall software/Icon and the Wireless Connection Wizard/Icon. If I
click on the Wireless connection wizard it crashed Explorer and restarts
Explorer. This tells me that something was not uninstalled correctly from
SP2. Does anyone know how to uninstall this?

John
