SP2 not showing up as an update on most P4s

SP2 does not show up as an update all P4 prescott, Celeron
and Celeron D systems I've built so far... What gives???

Neither express nor custom will show it as an update nor
will it auto download when schedule is set... I can pre-
install SP2 but many of our customers have SP2phobia, so
I'm letting them decide what they want.

If there is a good reason for it, I'd atleast like to know
why...

Yes, there is a good reason.
SP-2 is not compatible with all Prescott:
