I got it, downloaded it and everything is fine so far...
Opened outlook express and everything is there as it was
before
I do like the pop up stopper and the little "blue bar" going
across when you start up windows --instead of the green
one...(minor thing but hey it's cute, lol)
I kept my automatic updates off thou
The only thing I did not like was: windows messenger came
back and I went through heck and high water to get rid of
that the first time. So I gotta get rid of that yet "again."

For the manual Windows Update site I clicked on the START
Button, then went up to the Windows Update. You can also
do that form IE...Click on Tools then down to Windows
