SP2 pack won't fully install

When I try to install it, I get a message that says cannot copy file
wab32res.dll to destination directory ... It allows me to cancel out, then
asks if I want to continuing installing without that file ... When I do that,
however, I get another message that says Setup cannot copy the file
wab32res.dll and offers a dropdown screen of locations to find the file ...
Since I'm trying to update off Windows Update, I choose the temp file it has
set up, but I just cycle back tot he same message and finally have to cancel
the installation ... Any suggestions?

Also can't install SP2, I started the download and when I came back it was
uninstalling SP2 and locked up. Now i can't even restart the computer, I get
the blue screen with a stop error, can't load a large componet. Then it goes
off and restarts the same process.

Even worse, I started to install and it when into an automatic uninstall,
then froze. Now I can't start the computer...I get the blue screen with a
stop error, about a large component that won't load. Goes by so fast I can't
get the full message. Then it goes into a start/stop/restart loop.
