SP2 problem for Acrobat Reader

I updated to the SP2 yesterday and because of this, I can no longer access
pdf from the net. There is an add-on called Adobe Acrobat Control for ActiveX
in the add-on manager, however, I am unable to enable it. It says that this
add-on is managed by the administrator but I AM the administrator and the
enbale icon is not available anyway. Does anyone know if this is the source
of my problem and how to fix it?

Tried the Adobe update feature, didn't help. After a Google search of this
problem was no help, I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat, went to their site and
reinstalled. Came up as another error. Went to All Programs/Adobe Reader
6.0/Help/Updates....
Selected and installed both and it worked.

I have the same problem. I uninstalled, reinstalled and updated with no
luck. Where are you going when you refer to "All Programs/Adobe Reader
6.0/Help/Updates? Are you doing this from the Help Menu in Acrobat reader?

Thanks
