SP2 setup error

when i update to SP2 it starts and gets to performing inventory and stops at
an error that reads: the file f:\windows\system32\ntdll.dll is open or in use
by another application. close all other applications and click retry. But
the update is the only application i have running. I am running Mcafee
Security Center.

1. Run a thorough check for hijackware, including posting your HijackThis
log to an appropriate forum.

When all else fails, HijackThis (http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.exe)
is the preferred tool to use. It will help you to both identify and remove
any hijackware/spyware.

**Post your HijackThis log to http://forums.spywareinfo.com/,
http://castlecops.com/forum67.html, http://aumha.net/viewforum.php?f=30 or
other appropriate forum for expert analysis, not here.**

2. Do not install SP2 until an expert gives your HijackThis log a clean bill
of health.

Try installing in safe mode (after checking your system in accordance with PA Bear's
instructions).
