The computer was set to auto update. In checking the installation
history, I see that SP2 installation was cancelled. The system
property screen also is still showing SP1.

The Windows update screen states that No critical updates are needed
and does not offer the opportunity to download SP2.

How can I get SP2? I sit available anywhere to download? This is my
daughter's computer and I would like to make sure all is well before
my visit is over.

Thanks

You order the CD or go to Staples and get one from them.
