SP2???????

Okay, so I've tried 2 times now to install the new SP2 update but for reasons
unknown to me it just won't.
It says that there is something wrong and that if I continue the
installation some other stuff on my computer might not work...I'm not a
computer nerd so please try to explain to me what it is that I'm doing
wrong!!
I tried looking through some things on the Internet, looking for some answer
there. But all I got out of that was that I should try to install something
called hotfix 967752 which I tried and my computer will not install that
either...
So I'm lost here, can anyone help me???
