SP2, When trying to install it fails telling me to redownload....

I have done so but no luck, it still fails!!! and a lot of other things do
also, I get a message saying the programme had to close sorry for the
inconvience. Can any one help? I just had to wipe my entire system yesterday
and i had SP2 installed before.
