SP2 Unable to Copy File

I have tried to install SP2 several times. Each time it stops with an error
saying it cannot copy a file. The file is different each time. only option
is to cancel and revert back.

I have tried various suggestions, including trying to rename the file when I
get the error and trying to set it as not read only. Neither works.

Any other suggestions?

Are you trying to install the update from the SP2 CD or as a download?
