Sp2 Update Failure

I have gone to Windows update and it says that SP2 is available but after I
accept the agreement I just get a message that the Upgrade failed. Have tried
numerously on different days all the same.

I also have automatic updates turned on.

Some log files you can check for any clues or error messages:

%windir%\WindowsUpdate.log
%windir%\Svcpack.log
%windir%\setupapi.log

(%windir% is typically C:\Windows)
