SP2 update problems...PLZ HELP

I just purchesed a zune and when i went to install the software it told me I
needed SP2 installed. So I downloaded the update with no problems but about
half way through the install I get an error that says " Unable to read or
write to the database." It says nothing else on the error message. Then the
update tells me SP2 install has failed. I can't figure out how to get it
installed and with out it my zune is a $250 5oz paperwaite. Please help me if
you can...

Error message that you receive when you try to update a Windows XP-based
computer to Windows XP Service Pack 2 by visiting the Windows Update Web
site: "Unable to read from or write to database"
